Welcome Gifts: Your First Day, Wrapped
Your first day starts with a thoughtful welcome gifts. Inside, you’ll find a welcome card, a hoodie and mug featuring the Disrupt logo, fun stickers, and sample products from our partner brands. These items aren’t just gifts. They carry a message that “You belong here.”
Each piece is designed to give you a small taste of Disrupt’s culture. The hoodie and mug are practical, yet they help you feel connected to our team’s identity every day. The stickers reflect our values, encouraging creativity and collaboration from the very beginning. And of course, they’re a fun way to personalize your laptop however you like!



Onboarding Session: Understanding Disrupt
Every New-Di joins an onboarding session led by leadership and HR on day one. This orientation is an immersive introduction to Disrupt’s mission, organizational structure, ways of working, and the values that guide everything we do.
Your onboarding journey is carefully mapped out in a Notion page created just for New-Di. Each task is clearly organized so you know exactly what to do and when, helping you avoid the confusion that often comes with starting a new role. Our goal is to provide a guided, stress-free onboarding experience so you can focus on learning and contributing from day one.

Buddy Program: Support From Day One
One of the most important parts of Disrupt’s onboarding is our Buddy Program. Every New-Di is paired with a buddy who serves as a guide through everyday life at Disrupt. On your first day, your buddy will walk you through the office, share tips for getting settled, and introduce you to the team - covering all the essential, practical details even like where the coffee machine or restrooms are!
Next comes the welcome lunch with your buddy. The company covers the cost, so all you need to do is enjoy the time, connect with buddy, and break the ice in a relaxed setting. Finally, there’s a Disrupt tradition: taking photobooth pictures with your buddy to capture the start of your journey. It’s a small moment, but one that New-Di remember as a meaningful first step into the team.
