Overview

KM Motors is a manufacturing-based domestic company that sells vehicle interior products. When first meeting with DISRUPT, they had already established a strong foothold in the domestic market with high-quality products in the vehicle accessories category. They were in the early stages of expanding into foreign markets and needing to expand. It started by selling their best-selling products on Amazon, seeing the potential for global sales. However, they faced difficulties optimizing their Amazon advertising due to the basic operational tasks such as product registration and order processing, as well as the lack of in-house global performance marketing experts.
