Before Dr.Reju-All officially launched on Amazon, several unauthorized resellers were already listing its products, causing inconsistencies in both pricing and brand representation. To address this, we began with a comprehensive account and market review to evaluate the brand’s current presence and take corrective action against unauthorized listings.
Once the reseller issue was resolved, we developed an integrated launch strategy centered on brand control, competitive positioning, and accelerated sales growth, establishing a clear direction for both advertising and organic marketing initiatives.

With the foundational brand strategy in place, our next step was to conduct in-depth market and keyword research to identify Dr.Reju-All’s competitive position within Amazon’s skincare category. Leveraging these insights, we built a comprehensive Amazon advertising framework encompassing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, each designed to maximize visibility and engagement across the customer journey.
Phase 3
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Following the strategic setup, we launched and continuously optimized Dr.Reju-all’s Amazon advertising campaigns to deliver efficient, scalable growth from day one. Our efforts focused on meticulous performance management, which includes refining bids, keywords, and placements to sustain high visibility and a strong return on ad spend.
Dr.Reju-All’s proactive influencer marketing initiatives also played a critical role in amplifying brand awareness and driving external traffic to Amazon. Combined with Disrupt’s data-driven advertising structure and SEO optimization, these initiatives created a powerful growth synergy, each reinforcing and magnifying the other’s impact.
As a result, within just the first month of launch, Dr.Reju-All achieved entry into Amazon’s Top 100 in the Face Moisturizers category which is an impressive milestone for a newly launched brand. The campaigns delivered a Total ROAS of 9.30 and an Ad ROAS of 4.50, reflecting the strong efficiency and momentum generated through the integrated efforts of both teams.
