WHAT’S THE ROLE
We are searching for an Amazon Operations Specialist to help our Korean brand partners thrive on Amazon’s US marketplace. In this role, you’ll act as the first line of defense for solving operational challenges—managing account health, liaising with Amazon Seller Support, updating product listings, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
You’re the kind of person who loves problem-solving, doesn’t stop at the first “no,” and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work mostly in English with our internal team, global clients, and Amazon's support teams to help troubleshoot and maintain operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL OWN
- Monitor partner Amazon accounts daily, ensuring account health, policy compliance, and performance KPIs are in good standingts daily to make sure all account stats including Account Health are in tip-top condition
- Create and update product listing pages including creating variations, virtual bundles as well as updating the brand store
- Investigate and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, FBA inventory issues, and other Amazon-related issues
- Communicate with Amazon Seller Support via cases, calls, or chat to resolve operational and compliance issues
- Prepare and submit documentation related to account verification, product compliance, brand registry, etc.
- Track, document, and report issue resolution status to internal stakeholders and clients
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help build SOPs for recurring issues
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- You love solving problems and can find your way through Amazon’s maze of policies and case logs
- You’re patient but persistent, professional but not afraid to push back when needed
- You’re process-driven and detail-oriented, but you can move fast and adapt as needed
- You like making things just work. Whether it’s getting an ASIN re-instated or finally getting a Seller Support case resolved after 5 tries
WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Demonstrate, evangelize and live theCore values of DISRUPT
- Native or near native fluency in English (required); Korean proficiency a plus
- At least 1 year experience with Amazon Seller Central operations (listing management, flat files, account health, brand registry, case management)
- Experience navigating Amazon Seller Support (you know how to escalate and follow up effectively)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage time across multiple accounts
