WHAT’S THE ROLE
We are looking for an Amazon Marketing Specialist (Senior) who is ready to step up and help drive growth for top-tier Korean brands in the U.S. Amazon marketplace. You will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact advertising campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, and mentoring junior specialists on the team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment and is ready to take ownership, act as a strategic partner to clients, and help the team scale.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES YOU’LL OWN
- Own and manage end-to-end Amazon Sponsored Ads strategy for key accounts (media planning, targeting, budgeting, bid strategy, optimization) with hundreds of campaigns
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities using campaign data, market trends, and internal learnings
- Develop and execute testing roadmaps, with a balance of short-term results and long-term account health
- Mentor junior specialists by reviewing their work, guiding campaign execution, and providing feedback that supports their growth
- Help establish team workflows, playbooks, and internal QA processes to support capacity planning and improve team efficiency
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for clients, presenting campaign results with clear insight and recommendations
- Align with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Creating wireframes on Amazon Storefronts and product detail page enhancements
- Participate in the review and QA of visual assets, suggesting changes based on performance insights and best practices

WHAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- 2–4+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller or Vendor Central), with deep knowledge of Amazon PPC
- Incorporate the passion, excitement, and experience in relevant ways that inform the quality and output of agencies deliverables
- Possess excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on experience in media planning and performance optimization
- Comfortable mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and supporting a collaborative team environment
- Excellent client communication and critical thinking ability — you can explain both the “what” and the “why”
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects, adjusting priorities, and delivering high-quality work under deadline
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English
- Agency or startup experience preferred
